Hola muchachas y muchachos,

I had a wonderful time in Mexico.   Cannot wait to go back in December.  Well it is official—Always in Stitches will be closing its doors on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.  The website will remain active, so it is not all sad.  Since the shop is closing, I will not be needing stitched models.  Whenever I get the time, I will start putting some of the shop-owned models up for sale.  Just a reminder about the summer hours.  The shop will be open Tuesday-Friday from 12noon to 4pm and on Saturday from 10am to 4pm.  Closed on Sunday & Monday. 
               
               
The discounts are getting bigger.   IN-STOCK charts & kits will be discounted 35% for the month of July.  Again if you order online & put the words IRS SALE in the comment box you get another 5% discount for 40% total.  Only charts & kits & only those charts & kits that are IN STOCK are on sale.  I will NOT be sending charts that you order if they are not IN STOCK.   I am still happy to order books, but they will be at the usual cost.  Remember that the discount only applies to IN-STOCK charts & kits at this time.  In addition charts & kits that are already on sale will receive their listed discount or the IRS discount, whichever is greater.  I am adding sale charts frequently (most of which are out of print).  I only have one more bag to go & I am putting most of them at half-price.

               
I am also planning to continue framing needlework by appointment.  More on that later.  Moving the inventory into storage is going to be a huge job.  If you are interested in helping, just let me know by email, phone or in person!   I think we should celebrate & have a big farewell party.  I am gonna start working on it now!
